Dr Mo is an expert in laser eye surgery, cataract surgery, refractive lens exchange, implantable contact lenses (ICL), and corneal surgery. With a track record of over 10,000 successful procedures, his approach is centred on achieving not just clear vision, but long-term visual freedom tailored to each individual. He typically performs around 1000 eye procedures a year and has an exceptional safety track record.
Dr. Mo completed his ophthalmology training at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London—one of the world’s leading eye hospitals—in 2014. He achieved the top UK exam result for two of the three speciality exams during his residency and was subsequently awarded the Elizabeth Hunt & Brian Harcourt medals from the UK Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
He subsequently undertook prestigious fellowship training in both London and Auckland, further refining his skills in complex cataract surgery, advanced refractive procedures, and corneal transplantation.

Dr Mo was awarded the Elizabeth Hunt medal for achieving the highest national mark in the UK refraction exam in 2010/2011.
Awarded the Brian Harcourt Medal
Dr Mo was awarded the Brian Harcourt medal for achieving the highest national mark in the UK for the FRCOphth exit exam in 2012/2013.
Ophthalmic Specialist Training
Dr Mo completes his ophthalmic specialist training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, receiving two medals from the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
